Kunal Calcium Limited Is located on a land of 25 Acres on Jagadhari – Bilaspur Highway at Bilaspur on the outskirts of Twin City Yamuna Nagar – Jagadhari, Haryana. Facility is eco-friendly and adheres to all Environmental Norms enforced by the Authorities. The Factory has its stockyards for Limestone and Charcoal to keep the Facility functional round the clock.
Administrative office is also located within the factory premises and is fully equipped with state -of- the art facility like technology enabled conference room. The Registered Office is in Yamuna Nagar for handling all affairs of the company.
Company’s Regional Marketing Office is located at Delhi.

Ourmanufacturing facility is upgraded and modified for all CriticalApplications like Pharmaceutical, Food, Nutrition, Toothpaste – Oral care Applications, with latest Stainless-SteelMachinery and Equipment to meet all the requirements.
Kunal Calcium Limited has successfully commissioned Captive Co-gen Power Plant at its premises which provides uninterrupted power supply to the manufacturing Facility and generates economical power.The Current power generation capacity is 2 MW.
Kunal Calcium Limited provides customized packaging options to the customers with HDPE Bags, Paper Bags, Jumbo Bags of different capacities. Utmost care is taken during storage, handling and loading to protect the material during transportation. Inventory is maintained with batch numbers and manufacturing dates so as to facilitates the Warehouse teams to place the finished goods at the right place at the right time. The manufacturing Facility is well connected to the National & State highways to minimize transportation costs.

Along with a team of dedicated professionals the company has achieved production Capacity of 50000 MT Per Annum in a short period of less than 10 years. Journey continued and today Kunal Calcium Limited is one of the largest manufacturers of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate with Production Capacity of 72000 MT Per Annum. KCL is an ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; FSSC 22000:2018, WHO-GMO and Halal Certified Company. KCL also holds Drug Manufacturing License, GMP Certificate and FSSAI License.
Our Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is approved and is being consumed by Multinationals in Food, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Tooth Paste – Oral Care and Detergent segments like Nestle, Glaxo SmithKline, Hindustan Unilever, Perfetti, Dabur India, Anchor, Hemas Colombo, ITC Ltd, Lupin, Abbott, Patanjali, Sandoz, Olon API,Meyer Organics, Parsons etc., to name a few.
Kunal Calcium Limited has a Manufacturing facility equipped with latest Stainless-Steel Machinery and Equipment and most modern In-House Analytical and Microbiology Laboratories of International Standards, to meet all critical requirements conforming to IP, BP, USP, EP and Food Grade Specifications and in consonance with most stringent Parameters and Micro Organism Free Product.
Kunal Calcium Limited is Sedex Accredited Company. In year 2017 Kunal Calcium Limited added another feather in its Cap by incorporating a new facility for manufacturing “Grounded Calcium Carbonate” (GCC), within the premises of 25 Acres, with an initial Production Capacity of 25000 MTPA by setting up Two Rolling Mills.
Recently 36 Roller Mills have been commissioned, being first time in India, for enhancing GCC Production Capacity to 75000 MTPA. Machinery for Coated Grounded Calcium Carbonate have also been installed with in the premises which will further enhance Production Capacity.
A new high Capacity Boiler and a new Turbine have also been commissioned for enhancing Production Capacity to 150000 MTPA collectively for Precipitated Calcium Carbonate and Grounded Calcium Carbonate.
Progress was always my dream. It had always been a distant reality but once one milestone was achieved, there was always an another one waiting to be added as a feather in my cap. It was with this belief that I started Kunal Calcium Limited in 1997, as a Private Limited company,in the business of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate, which emerged as Limited Company in 2006.
In very short periodKunal Calcium Limited became a prominent name in its business segment, but like every entrepreneur stick to their dream, I always wanted to push my company to more prosperous milestones. More than being a leader in PCC Industry as of date and as abusiness partner with Multinationals in Pharmaceutical, Food, Nutrition, Tooth Paste and Oral Care, Laundry segments, I always perceived my company as a unit that could make a difference with its quality and competitively priced product.
Taking a path less travelled, I expanded Kunal Calcium Limited in Grounded Calcium Carbonate production in 2018, to establish as a pioneer and to lead from the forefront with latest technical know-how, expertise and specialized knowledge.
